Where it is
The Central Business District layer on the city’s map covers about 164 acres between Douglas Road (Southwest 37th Avenue) and LeJeune Road (Southwest 42nd Avenue). Miracle Mile, the stretch of Coral Way between those two roads, runs through the middle of it, and Ponce de Leon Boulevard crosses it north to south. North Ponce is to the north; the Coconut Grove Section and the Shops at Merrick Park are to the south.
Miami-Dade County’s address data has about 570 address points inside the district, all in ZIP code 33134. A condominium or apartment tower usually counts as one address point however many homes it holds, so the count understates the number of homes.
Schools
Every address point falls in the same three attendance zones in Miami-Dade County’s boundary maps. Grades are Florida’s 2026 school grades, with the share of possible points the school earned, from the Florida Department of Education.
